Well. It's actually up. You're reading this on a website I built from scratch — and honestly, that still feels a little surreal to type.

This portfolio has been a project I kept putting off for months. Between A-Levels, my internship at Lightman Global, and trying to maintain some sort of a social life, finding time to sit down and build something for myself always felt like a luxury. But here we are. And I'm genuinely proud of how it turned out.

The site is a single-page app — everything lives in one HTML file, no frameworks, no build tools. Just HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GSAP for the animations. It's fast, it works on mobile, and it has a custom animated cursor because why not. If you're a developer reading this, you know the feeling of overengineering your own portfolio. I fully leaned into it.

So what's this blog going to be? Honestly, a bit of everything. I'm a Year 12 student in Dubai who codes, writes novels, makes games, and has opinions about a lot of things. Here's what you can expect:

Tech & coding — dev logs, things I'm learning, tools I'm using, mistakes I made so you don't have to.

Gaming — I'm building a mobile game called Hell Runner: Deadly Descent in Unity 6. I'll be writing about the development process, the weird bugs, and what it actually takes to ship a game as a student.

Creative writing — I published my first novel on Amazon KDP last year. I have a lot of thoughts about writing, storytelling, and what it's like to self-publish at 17.

School & life — A-Levels, internships, building a career before you've even graduated. The stuff nobody really talks about honestly.

I don't have a posting schedule. I'm going to write when I have something worth saying. But I'm excited to have a place to say it.
